Some late season snow is expected Wednesday evening.  It clears by late Thursday.  It might make for a lovely white blanket, with daffodils showing through, for weekend enjoyment.  Check our weather link.

Quiet Creek Inn & Vacation Rentals is pleased to announce Casa Alta as a new addition to our vacation rental program.  Casa Alta sits on three secluded acres below Highway 243 on the way up to Pine Cove.  The decor and architecture are contemporary and the views are incredible. The Hobbit House and Le Petit Chateau are under new ownership and are now available through Quiet Creek Inn & Vacation Rentals.  Both cabins have been refurbished from head to toe and are in a wonderful location on Oakwood mid-way between Strawberry Creek and North Circle.  Walk to all the village restaurants and shops from either of these well priced and charmingly decorated cabins.

Idyllwild, Sunday, 6/7/10, 7:30 am: There’s about a half inch of snow at the inn and a bit more at higher elevations.  More snow is forecast for today and snow and rain through Monday.  Our driveway has no accumulation but there is a light blanket in the meadow.
