This week is slightly warmer than last week - mid-70s daytime and high 40s at night.

The yellows, golds and ambers of fall are beginning to show their faces. As soon as it gets cool again we should see plenty of fall color. Our Japanese Maple is red around the edges and the poplars are starting to turn yellow.

October 6th is the Art Alliance of Idyllwild's 10th Annual Art Walk & Wine Tasting. This is a very fun event and we pre-sell wine glasses at the inn so our guests don't have to stand in line. The cost is $25, which benefits three local non-profits. We have a Friday only available at the inn but plenty of affordable vacation rentals cabins available for October 5 & 6.
