| Quiet Creek Inn Group Bookings and Events
Guests come to Quiet Creek Inn to commune with nature and to partake of the serenity and beauty that the property offers. It’s the same reason our neighbors bought their homes. For this reason we will only book events that support the quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood that we and our neighbors expect in this peaceful mountain community.
GENERAL POLICIES |

Any event that will impact the quiet enjoyment of other guests at the inn must book all the rooms at the inn at the rate schedule as of the date of booking. |

The event fee for the exclusive use of the grounds and facilities shall be $10 per person in addition to the room rates; $5 per person for events that are not exclusive use such as a luncheon on deck. |

Group size shall be limited to 80. |

Location options for all events shall be the deck, meadow and creek side. No events may be planned in the driveway area around the gazebo. |

The inn will make available three large rectangle tables, two large round tables, 14 older wood folding chairs (Abbey Rents type), two larger teak folding chairs, 11 white stacking plastic chairs, a dozen or so wood Adirondack style chairs and trash cans. The deck area has built in bench seating and with the folding and plastic chairs can seat up to 40 guests. All other furniture, equipment, table clothes, napkins, dishes, flatware, paper guest towels and catering shall be provided by the guest with no liability to the inn. |

Riverside County has adopted a stringent noise ordinance. As good neighbors, noise should not be heard to any significant level beyond the bordering streets of Delano and Four Chimneys. Music and serving alcoholic beverages in common areas shall end by 9:00 pm and outdoor conversation shall be taken indoors by 10:00 pm. |

The only public restroom at the inn is our staff restroom and is accessed via a storage area. If an alternative facility is desired, one or more of the guest room bathrooms should be designated for the purpose with appropriate signage. |

Other than event restroom use, the inn rooms are for use of registered guests only and may not be used for an after event party. Spa use is for the guests of that room only. |

Quiet Creek Inn & Vacation Rental policies are posted on our web site and while the event booking agent is responsible and liable for all event activities taking place at the inn the booking agent should ensure that all guests are made aware of these policies. |

Smoking is only allowed on decks and in the meadow area and is not allowed indoors or along the creek; all cigarette butts are to be disposed of properly in ash trays or cigarette butt cans. |

All common areas, including lounge and refrigerator, shall be restored to their pre-event condition including picking up trash, debris, and cigarette butts, removing all decorations and lighting, and putting outdoor furniture and potted plants back in place. |

Secure storage needs shall be arranged for in advance. |

Children shall be supervised by a responsible party at all times, especially creek side. Because of hazards (poisonous snakes, stinging nettles, etc.) children should not venture beyond common areas. |
